Description

UP-P100 is solvent-based Epoxy paint with excellent water resistance, chemical resistance, and wear resistance, and a room temperature curing solvent type that optimizes adhesion to the concrete surface by completely sealing it. It's a primer .

1. Surface preparation

1) The material must be sufficiently cured . ( Curated for more than 30 days at 20 ℃ )

2) Concrete surface Completely removes laitance, dust, oil, and other foreign substances .

4. Precautions for use

1) When painting, the ambient temperature must be above 5℃, and the surface temperature of the substrate must be 3℃ higher than the dew point to avoid condensation of moisture.

2) Exposure to moisture (water), alcohol, etc. may cause amine brushing and discoloration, including a loss of gloss. In particular, drying is delayed at low temperatures (below 10°C), which increases contact with moisture and may cause film defects such as stickiness and whitening due to amine brushing. Therefore, do not clean with water. If amine brushing occurs at low temperatures during the winter, treat the surface and then repaint.

4) Areas with extensive partition work, such as confined spaces, may have silicone sealant. Silicone contamination on the floor can cause cratering and leveling problems. Therefore, be sure to remove the silicone and properly prepare the surface before subsequent painting. In enclosed spaces, especially, high painting temperatures and narrow spaces with partitions can lead to leveling problems. Therefore, consult with the Technical Research Center or Sales Department before painting.

Storage period

• Store in a completely sealed container in a dry, temperature-controlled indoor location between 5°C and 25°C.

• Avoid prolonged outdoor storage.

(Storage performance may be reduced due to ultraviolet rays and external temperature, which may cause sedimentation problems, and rust and moisture ingress may occur inside and outside the can due to rain. If moisture enters the can, curing problems may occur.)

• When storing or using the product outdoors in direct sunlight, the paint may harden due to a rapid reaction. Therefore, be sure to store it indoors.

• Keep the product container tightly sealed and store with the opening facing upward.

• The shelf life of this product is 12 months from the date of manufacture (when stored indoors at 5°C to 25°C).
