Application

Parking lot floor in basement demanding odorless products
Interior floor.
Floor of machine room or transformer room.
Repainting or resurfacing of existing surface.
Areas with poor ventilation such as water tank in basement, water pipe, water intake, septic tank, tunnels, bunkers, silos etc.
Semiconductor facilities, electronics factories or food factories requiring chemical resistance and odor
sensitive applications.

Application Procedure

Preparation of substrate
- Concrete substrate must be cured for more than 4 weeks.
- Moisture content must be below 8%
- The surface should be free of oil, moisture, laitance and any other contamination which would affect bond strength.
Base layer : 1 layer
- Blend two components with an electric mixer in the correct proportion and apply with roller, airless spray, rake or trowel.
Top layer : 1 ~ 2 layer
- After initial dry time of the base layer, blend two components in the same method and apply top layer depending on desired thickness.

Health and Safety Precaution

Wear protective clothing, gloves, eye protection and dust mask during work.
In case of contact with skin or clothing, wipe off with a cloth and wash with soap and water.
If the product is swallowed, inhaled or gets in eyes, wash it off with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice immediately.
Provide ample ventilation when working with the product in confined spaces.
No naked flames, cigarettes or matches should be allowed near the products.
Dispose of waste and residues in accordance with local authority requirements.
In all cases, users should refer to the most recent the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) before use.

Storage

Stored products above 5℃ in unopened original containers protected from sunlight and frost.

8 months (stored away from moisture and direct sunlight)
