Recommended thickness : 50~60㎛/0.07kg/㎡ -1coat / 150~18㎛ - 3coats(1st,2nd:color,3rd:celar)

Application Procedure

In case of new concrete, remove oil, laitance or any other dust.
Apply it only if below 10% of moisture content
Cracks and holes are filled with PRO FLOOR or epoxy putty before application SM COAT FC
Mix part A and part B completely in the correct proportion with electric mixer for 2min.
Apply with roller, airless spray, brush to the thickness of 60~70㎛
Repainting interval time is within 10hrs.(1st,2nd,3rd coat)>
If needed, dilute it with up to 5% of water based on bolume ratio
For reduce of vehicle noise & non-slip, add vacuum ceramic balls up to 4~5% of volume ratio and only apply it 2nd coat out of 3 coats.
Surface treatment is required if repainting interval time is over 10hours
In case of marking parking line, passing at least 5hrs. of base coat, use SM COAT FC for 2 coats.

Health and Safety Precaution

Wear protective clothing, gloves, eye protection and dust mask during work.
In case of contact with skin or clothing, wipe off with a cloth and wash with soap and water.
If the product is swallowed, inhaled or gets in eyes, wash it off with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice immediately.
Provide ample ventilation when working with the product in confined spaces.
No naked flames, cigarettes or matches should be allowed near the products.
Dispose of waste and residues in accordance with local authority requirements.
In all cases, users should refer to the most recent the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) before use.

Storage

Stored products above 5℃ in unopened original containers protected from sunlight and frost.

Shelf life

12 months (stored away from moisture and direct sunlight)
