Description
Overview
Easy care and long lasting floor with SM-HS. With excellent penetrating to concrete, it provides stain protection against water, oil, grease and high reflectivity with slip resistance.

Technical Data
- Color, appearance : milky, liquid
- Odor : Mild

- Density (25℃) : 1.1~1.2
- Viscosity (25℃) : less than 30cps
- Solid content(250℃, 1hr) : 25~27wt%
Application Procedure
- Preparation of substrate
- New concrete must be dried for more than 15 days
- The surface must be clean without dust or any contaminants.
- Make sure completely dry surface before application, especially after water cleaning.
- To produce exposed concrete effect, set SM Ultratop (densifier) and in 12 hours, remove laitance and then apply SM-HS.
- Condition
- Apply under surface temperature of 5~35℃
- Avoid very hot day, freezing day, rainy day or windy day as this product tends to evaporate or freeze easily.
- Application
- Spray it with low-speed sprayer onto the surface and immediately rub with mopping cloth.
- Sweep it out with dry cloth where SM-HS formed puddle.
- Required speedy work to avoid pre-drying
- Dry Time
- Within initial 72 hours, keep the surface off water or liquid
- Foot traffic is 1~2 hours and heavy vehicle traffic is 72 hours.
- Completely dry time needs 24 ~ 72 hours, considering temperature, humidity and etc.

Shelf Life
12 months if kept at 5℃~35℃, off sunlight and unopened
Health and Safety Precaution
- Wear protective clothing, gloves, eye protection and dust mask during work.
- In case of contact with skin or clothing, wipe off with a cloth and wash with soap and water.
- If the product is swallowed, inhaled or gets in eyes, wash it off with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice immediately.
- Provide ample ventilation when working with the product in confined spaces.
- No naked flames, cigarettes or matches should be allowed near the products.
- Dispose of waste and residues in accordance with local authority requirements.
- In all cases, users should refer to the most recent the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) before use.
