Technical Data
- Main component : modified epoxy resin, proprietary hardener.
- Recommended thickness : 0.4 ~ 3mm
- Technical consumption : 0.56kg/㎡/0.4mm, 1.4kg/㎡/1mm - color.
- Density : 1.4 (color) , 1.2 (clear)

- Pot life : 4 hrs/25℃
- Tack free time : 8 hrs/25℃
- Curing time : 15 hrs/25℃
- Mixing ratio (by weight) : component A : component B = 5 : 1 (colored), 2 : 1 (transparent)
- Tools : roller, airless spray, squeegee or trowel
Application Procedure
- Preparation of substrate
- Blasting for steel is recommended to SSPC SP-10(SIS Sa 2.5) specification
- The substrate should be free of oil, dirt or any other contaminations that would affect bond strength.
- Base layer : 1 layer
- Blend two components with an electric mixer in the correct proportion and apply with roller, airless spray, rake or trowel.
- Top layer : 1 ~ 2 layer
- After initial dry time of the base layer, blend two components in the same method and apply top layer depending on desired thickness.
Health and Safety Precaution
- Wear protective clothing, gloves, eye protection and dust mask during work.
- In case of contact with skin or clothing, wipe off with a cloth and wash with soap and water.
- If the product is swallowed, inhaled or gets in eyes, wash it off with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice immediately.
- Provide ample ventilation when working with the product in confined spaces.
- No naked flames, cigarettes or matches should be allowed near the products.
- Dispose of waste and residues in accordance with local authority requirements.
- In all cases, users should refer to the most recent the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) before use.
Storage
Stored products above 5℃ in unopened original containers protected from sunlight and frost.
