Semiconductor facilities, electronics factories or food factories requiring chemical resistance and odor sensitive applications

Mixing ratio (weight ratio) : component A : component B = 2 : 1 (color), 2 : 1 (transparent)
Tools : roller, airless spray gun or brush

Application Procedure

Preparation of substrate
- Concrete substrate must be cured for more than 4 weeks
- Moisture content must be below 8%
- The surface should be free of oil, moisture, laitance and any other contamination which would affect bond strength.
Base layer : 1 layer
- Blend transparent component A with component B at the weight ratio of 2 : 1 by using an electric mixer and apply with brush, roller and airless spray.
Top layer : 1 ~ 2 layer
- After initial dry time of the base coat, blend color component A with component B in the same method and apply with brush, roller and airless spray to create 2 coats.

Health and Safety Precaution

Wear protective clothing, gloves, eye protection and dust mask during work.
In case of contact with skin or clothing, wipe off with a cloth and wash with soap and water.
If the product is swallowed, inhaled or gets in eyes, wash it off with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice immediately.
Provide ample ventilation when working with the product in confined spaces.
No naked flames, cigarettes or matches should be allowed near the products.
Dispose of waste and residues in accordance with local authority requirements.
In all cases, users should refer to the most recent the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) before use.

Storage

Stored products above 5℃ in unopened original containers protected from sunlight and frost.

8 months (stored away from moisture and direct sunlight)
