Multi-p mortar+ is 2 component type of liquid resin and powder. The application of this polymer resin is wide such as commercial facilities, government offices, residential buildings, etc. With high self leveling, Multi-p mortar+ can produce even and smooth surface. Also, easy application and optimal vintage effect are benefits. Without using extra measuring cup, the set of product improves efficiency of work and provides pleasant work environment. With simple instruction , anyone as well as professionals can work easily.
Application
- Repair or reinforcement of cracks in concrete floors
- Area demanding higher even and smooth surface
- Reinforcement of rough substrate before floor finish
- Weak substrates generating dust
- Woods, tiles or pvc require level before application
Application Procedure
- The surface should be free of laitance and any other contamination which would affect bond strength.
- The substrate should be sound and fill the holes to prevent leaking
- Apply multi-p mortar+ primer 2 times
- Mix powder and curing agent with electric mixer
- Apply top coat before primer does not cure completely
- Use rake or trowel

- Recommended thickness : minimum 3mm & maximum 6mm / 1st coat

Health and Safety Precaution
Wear protective clothing, gloves, eye protection and dust mask during work.In case of contact with skin or clothing, wipe off with a cloth and wash with soap and water.If the product is swallowed, inhaled or gets in eyes, wash it off with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice immediately.Provide ample ventilation when working with the product in confined spaces.No naked flames, cigarettes or matches should be allowed near the products.Dispose of waste and residues in accordance with local authority requirements.In all cases, users should refer to the most recent the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) before use.
Storage
Stored products above 5℃ in unopened original containers protected from sunlight and frost.
